- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheets) monthly
- Manage payroll processing for 10-20 employees
- Utilize QuickBooks for transaction recording and reporting
- Assist with tax document preparation and audits
- Provide financial insights to business owners
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience required
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent certification
- Strong attention to detail and error-spotting abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive financial data confidentially
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
- Reliable transportation for client visits
