Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Execute weekend check runs and payment processing
- Collaborate with procurement on invoice verification
- Maintain AP documentation and audit trails
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Optimize vendor payment terms and discounts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in SAP/Oracle and MS Excel
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-4pm)
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with 3-way matching
- High-volume transaction processing background
