Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports with 99% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Execute weekend payment runs and wire transfers
- Maintain AP aging reports and cash flow forecasting
- Collaborate with procurement team on vendor contract terms
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for AP processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of high-volume AP processing experience
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Weekend shift availability (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-2PM)
- CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
