Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain accurate vendor records and reconcile accounts.
- Prepare and issue payments via checks, ACH, or wire transfers.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and communicate with vendors effectively.
- Manage expense reports and adhere to company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
