Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness in a timely manner.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Manage vendor relationships and address payment inquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks).
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of verifiable experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
