Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness before payment authorization.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain organized vendor files and master data in our ERP system.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment schedules and inquiries.
- Assist the Finance Manager with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Conduct audits of accounts payable records to ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or NetSuite).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
