Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices with 100% accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies proactively
- Execute timely payment processing through ACH and check systems
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger and maintain organized documentation
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams for seamless operations
- Support month-end closing and audit preparation activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
- Strong attention to detail with numerical precision
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
