Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies
- Reconcile accounts and maintain financial records using ERP systems
- Optimize payment cycles to maximize cash flow efficiency
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams for seamless operations
- Prepare monthly reports and financial statements for leadership review
- Implement process improvements to enhance AP workflow
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills with data analysis capabilities
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
