Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
- Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledgers and resolve discrepancies
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms
- Implement AP automation solutions to enhance efficiency
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on expense analysis
- Generate monthly AP reports and KPI dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven experience with process improvement initiatives
