Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank reconciliations
- Conduct comprehensive audits for corporate and non-profit clients
- Develop financial models and forecasting reports for strategic planning
- Oversee tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Maintain internal controls and SOX compliance procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of public/private accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and SAP
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations (IRS, Texas state)
- Experience with multi-entity financial reporting
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designation a plus
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions
