Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Manage the vendor master file and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
- Handle accounts payable inquiries from internal departments and external vendors.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or General Ledger.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
