Responsibilities
- Review and process incoming vendor invoices for accuracy and authorization.
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving reports.
- Enter and verify data into accounting software systems.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Prepare payments via checks, ACH, or wire transfers.
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Communicate professionally with vendors regarding payment status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional communication skills.
