Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding billing inquiries and payment status.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all AP documentation.
- Assist in month-end close processes and prepare necessary reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or related financial role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks, or SAP).
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred.
