Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions including invoice verification, coding, and payment scheduling
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing inquiries and payment issues
- Maintain organized digital records and ensure compliance with financial policies
- Optimize payment processes to maximize efficiency and cost savings
- Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting requirements
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for transaction processing and data analysis
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience with night shift or flexible hours background
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)
- Expertise in vendor management, invoice processing, and payment reconciliation
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to work independently in remote environments
