Responsibilities
- Review and process invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Verify vendor details, match purchase orders (POs), and resolve discrepancies.
- Process payments via ACH, wire transfer, and check in a timely manner.
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding billing and payment status.
- Reconcile accounts payable accounts and maintain accurate general ledger records.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Perform month-end accruals and adjust journal entries.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of verifiable experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP strongly preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
