Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile high-volume accounts payable transactions nightly
- Verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX regulations
- Collaborate with auditors during month-end close procedures
- Maintain organized electronic and physical documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP/Oracle)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Night shift availability and strong time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance preferred
