Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy during night shift hours
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 48-hour SLA
- Manage electronic payment systems and ensure compliance with SOX controls
- Collaborate with international teams across APAC and EMEA time zones
- Optimize invoice processing workflows using SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Conduct month-end closing procedures and support audit preparations
- Maintain digital filing systems with organized documentation trails
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required; Bachelor's preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical precision
- Ability to work independently during night shift (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international vendors
- AP certification (CAPP) or equivalent preferred
