- Support month-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with auditors during fiscal reviews
- Implement digital accounting system protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Basic understanding of tax compliance (NM state)
- Relevant certification (e.g., AIPB) preferred
