Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Match purchase orders, receiving reports, and invoices to ensure proper documentation.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare and issue payments via check, electronic transfer, or ACH.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial records.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing inquiries.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and AP software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to detect errors in data entry.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Associate’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
