Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Manage vendor communications and resolve payment discrepancies
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger and ensure timely payments
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams
- Adhere to company financial policies and compliance standards
