Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Manage electronic payment systems and ACH transfers
- Collaborate with procurement teams on invoice processing
- Prepare month-end closing reports and reconciliations
- Maintain organized digital documentation in ERP systems
- Support internal audits and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of accounts payable processing experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks/SAP/Oracle systems
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 2 AM CST)
- Professional certification (CPA/CMA) preferred
