Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices from vendors and suppliers with 100% accuracy.
- Review and match purchase orders, receiving reports, and invoices to ensure proper authorization.
- Enter and code data into accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) within established deadlines.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies or billing errors efficiently.
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and outstanding invoices.
- Prepare monthly accruals and perform month-end close duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
- Proficiency with accounting software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors in data entry.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
