Responsibilities
- Process and code incoming vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile accounts payable statements and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Manage vendor relationships, including answering inquiries and setting up new vendors in the ERP system.
- Perform month-end close duties, including accruals and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
- Prepare and review reports for management.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and AP processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
