As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, ensuring our vendors are paid correctly and our financial records are impeccable.

Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy, coding, and approval.
- Reconcile accounts payable accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Manage vendor relationships and maintain up-to-date vendor information.
- Prepare monthly reports and assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Utilize AP software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks) to manage transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in the New York or Georgia financial market is a plus.
