Responsibilities
- Process and verify high volumes of invoices for accuracy, coding, and approval.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
- Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including batching and issuing payments.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle).
- Communicate proactively with vendors regarding payment schedules and inquiries.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
