Responsibilities
- Manage full accounts payable cycle including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and vendor reconciliation
- Resolve payment discrepancies and vendor inquiries within SLA timeframe
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and GL accounts monthly
- Process expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with procurement team on vendor contracts and payment terms
- Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Implement process improvements to enhance AP efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and macros
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
