Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and payment reconciliation with 99.9% accuracy
- Optimize daily pay disbursement for 500+ contractors using proprietary fintech platform
- Manage vendor master data and resolve payment discrepancies within SLA
- Collaborate with procurement teams on early payment discount opportunities
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for AP automation
- Ensure SOX compliance and audit-ready documentation
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP subledger
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in NetSuite or SAP AP modules
- Daily pay or alternative compensation system experience required
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Proven remote work discipline with self-motivation
- Experience with 3-way matching and PO validation
- BS/BA in Accounting or Finance
