Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ diverse clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements and balance sheets with zero-tolerance for errors
- Handle payroll processing and tax compliance for Nevada-based businesses
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements weekly
- Generate detailed financial reports for executive decision-making
- Implement cost-saving strategies through expense analysis
- Collaborate with CPAs during annual audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks
- Expert knowledge of Nevada state tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Proven track record in multi-client portfolio management
- Professional certification (e.g., CB, AAP) required
