- Implement internal controls for daily pay compliance
- Generate monthly AP reports for financial analysis
- Train staff on daily pay processing protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience with daily pay systems
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software
- Expertise in high-volume transaction processing and reconciliation
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
