Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform bank reconciliations and review credit card statements.
- Support the month-end close process and prepare journal entries.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal controls and GAAP standards.
- Collaborate with the finance team on budget preparation and analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
- 0-2 years of professional experience in accounting (internships considered).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
