Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly/quarterly financial statement preparation
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Perform bank reconciliations and account maintenance
- Support audit preparation and documentation
- Manage expense reports and vendor invoices
- Conduct data entry in accounting software
- Adhere to GAAP and internal controls
Qualifications
- Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent experience)
- No prior accounting experience required
