Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices from vendors to ensure accuracy and timely payment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records within our ERP system.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies with vendors in a timely manner.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with month-end close procedures.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors regarding billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with accounting software such as NetSuite, SAP, or QuickBooks.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
