Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and payments within 24-hour cycles
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize payment terms
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal audit protocols
- Leverage our proprietary Fintech platform for real-time payment processing
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment inquiries
- Analyze payment trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar financial software
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Expertise in Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Strong attention to detail with 99.9% accuracy in payment processing
- Experience with daily pay or alternative payroll systems
