- Generate weekly AP reports using QuickBooks and Excel
- Maintain organized digital filing system for all AP documentation
- Support month-end closing processes with timely invoice verification
Qualifications
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience in fast-paced environments
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
