Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices with meticulous attention to detail and compliance requirements
- Manage payment cycles and reconcile vendor statements to ensure financial accuracy
- Utilize daily pay systems to facilitate instant payment processing and reconciliation
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to resolve payment discrepancies

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience with daily pay system exposure

- Certification in Accounts Payable (APC) or related finance credential
