Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and expense reports within SLAs
- Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledgers to general ledger
- Resolve payment discrepancies and vendor inquiries
- Execute daily ACH/wire transfers and check runs
- Maintain electronic filing systems for audit compliance
- Collaborate with procurement on 3-way matching
- Support month-end closing with accrual adjustments
Qualifications
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks/SAP/Oracle ERP systems
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in 1099 and 1096 processing
- Strong Excel skills with VLOOKUP/Pivot Table knowledge
- High typing speed (60+ WPM) and 10-key proficiency
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
