Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for payment within established deadlines
- Manage vendor accounts and resolve payment discrepancies proactively
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to manage accounts payable data
- Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationships

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
