- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports with 99.5% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Manage payment cycles for 200+ active vendors across multiple currencies
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to resolve payment issues
- Maintain digital filing systems for audit compliance
- Optimize AP processes using NetSuite and Concur platforms
- Prepare monthly AP reports for financial review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- AP certification (CAPP) preferred
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in fast-paced environment
