- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies within 24 hours
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and GL accounts monthly
- Optimize payment cycles using NetSuite and Oracle ERP systems
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly compliance reviews
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for audit readiness
- Analyze vendor payment trends for cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume AP experience in regulated industries
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite and Oracle ERP systems
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Expertise in 3-way matching and international payment processing
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in urgent situations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance required
