Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll transactions
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations and deadlines
- Assist with audits and provide financial documentation support
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency
- Collaborate with CPAs on quarterly reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and tax compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AIPB) preferred
