Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax filings
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Manage client invoicing and collections processes
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for transaction processing
- Assist with annual audits and tax preparation
- Implement financial controls and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Xero
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS compliance
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
