- Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll transactions
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking
- Assist with audits and financial reviews
- Implement process improvements for efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles
- Attention to detail with numerical accuracy
