Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and expense reports accurately
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger with GL statements
- Resolve payment discrepancies and vendor inquiries promptly
- Optimize invoice workflows using SAP/Oracle ERP systems
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal policies
- Coordinate month-end closing activities
- Analyze payment trends to improve cash flow management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SOX compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
- AP/Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) a plus
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
