Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports within 3-day SLA
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Manage 1099 vendor compliance and tax documentation
- Collaborate with procurement on invoice disputes and credits
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Support month-end closing and financial reporting
- Maintain organized digital archives of transaction records
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- SAP or Oracle ERP system certification strongly preferred
- Associates degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA or CMA designation highly desirable
- Exceptional attention to detail with 99.9% accuracy rate
- Strong analytical skills for complex problem-solving
