- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies proactively
- Conduct month-end closing activities and reconciliations
- Optimize AP workflows using SAP and NetSuite systems
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams on process improvements
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and financial regulations
- Lead AP audits and maintain organized documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Expert proficiency in SAP and NetSuite ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- AP certification (APC or CAPP) preferred
