Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable invoices and expense reports within 24-hour turnaround
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies proactively
- Maintain accurate vendor master data and payment terms in ERP systems
- Coordinate with procurement and finance teams on payment scheduling
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics GP or similar accounting software
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and procurement procedures
