Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards.
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and supporting schedules.
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with management to forecast budgets and prepare variance analyses.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- CPA certification preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in general ledger accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
