Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions using provided ERP software
- Verify and reconcile vendor invoices against purchase orders and receipts
- Manage expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies
- Conduct three-way matching for procurement transactions
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of accounts payable processing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP/Oracle provided)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
