Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile vendor invoices with purchase orders and receipts
- Manage payment cycles via ACH, checks, and electronic transfers
- Resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate vendor records
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams on payment inquiries
- Prepare month-end closing reports and supporting documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX regulations
- Optimize invoice processing workflow using ERP systems
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- SAP or Oracle ERP system experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Professional certification (CAPP, APFC) preferred
