Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist clients with routine transactions
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately
- Balance cash drawers and maintain daily transaction records
- Identify and refer cross-selling opportunities for bank products
- Adhere to strict security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Collaborate with branch team to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Zero banking experience required – we train!
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash transactions
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
